Job Title : Food Service Manager

Educational Requirement

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Catering Technology, Culinary Science, or equivalent in the related field.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily food and beverage operations.
  • Direct product sourcing and purchasing.
  • Maintain a floor presence during all meal periods to ensure optimal guest service and employee support.
  • Establish standards in daily operations following applicable government regulations.
  • Ensure that hotel operations comply with internal corporate controls.
  • Perform duties related to the Restaurant’s food and beverage operations
